Where we ship
We currently ship to supported addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders to other countries are not currently available.
Shipping estimates
Standard shipping is currently estimated at approximately 5–7 days within the United States and 7–12 days to Canada. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The estimate shown during checkout for your order takes priority if it differs.
Charges, currency, and tax
Tomegate currently prices and charges orders in U.S. dollars (USD). Any shipping charge is shown in the checkout quote before payment. Applicable tax is calculated using the delivery address. If a required tax calculation is unavailable, Tomegate will not complete checkout until a valid total can be shown.
Address accuracy and validation
Buyers are responsible for entering a complete supported delivery address. Tomegate may validate or normalize an address before payment or shipment. If the delivery address cannot be validated or requires review, fulfillment may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Tracking and carrier updates
When tracking information is available, Tomegate uses carrier or tracking-provider events to update delivery status. Carrier scans can be delayed, incomplete, or out of sequence, so the latest status may not always reflect a package's physical location in real time.
Delays, damage, and delivery problems
If a shipment is delayed, damaged, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, open an order-linked support case so Tomegate can review the order and tracking context. Delivery issues do not automatically complete a refund; the applicable support, return, or refund workflow must be followed.
